Bio

A Rockland native, Time Wolfe's roots run deep in the community he serves.  After graduating from Pearl River High School and studying at Manhattanville College, he spent years buildng a successful business and investing in properties.  This personal experience gives him a unique, first-hand understanding of what it takes to buy, sell and manage real estate. 

As an agent, Tim is dedicated to using his problem-solving skills to help people navigate the complex world of real estate.  He believes in making the process as smooth and transparent as possible.  He's also committed to staying ahead of the curve, utilizing a forward-thinking marketing strategy that incorporates video and social media to showcase properties in the most engaging way posssible.

Tim is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors.  WHen he's not helping clients, you can find him enjoying outdoor recreation and staying active.  He looks forward to putting his expertise to work for you.
